Job Overview
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support our procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products for supplies, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining purchase records. This role requires good negotiation abilities, and a willingness to travel for purchases.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Procure office supplies, and other essential materials as per company requirements.
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate for better pricing and quality
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and verify their quality and quantity.
- Maintain and update purchase records, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
- Travel to local markets or suppliers to collect urgent materials when required
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget constraints.
Qualification
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor degree in any field (or) relevant
Required Skills
- Prior experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office and ERP software is needed.
- Driving license and Two wheeler is Mandatory
- Willing to travel is Mandatory

Junior Sales Enginneer
Job Overview
- The sales representative you will responsible for strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, in preparing engaging sales materials, and proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing our sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the team to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Identifying potential customers or leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Reaching out to prospective clients to initiate conversations and generate interest in products or services.
- Supporting senior sales staff in their day-to-day activities, which may include preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing paperwork.
- Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and potentially upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Providing support in the sales process, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Gathering information about competitors, market trends, and customer needs to contribute to sales strategies.
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Compiling sales reports and data analysis to track progress and provide insights to the sales manager or team.
Qualification
- Any UG/PG Degree in related field.
Experience
- Min - 1 to 2 Years.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales- related equipment or materials
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after- sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
